This contract is a project management contract relating to the studies and works for the construction of approximately 85 housing units divided into:
- 25 housing units for disabled seniors and common areas
- 43 LLS logements
- 17 logements BRS
- A car park, as far as possible, above ground and integrated into the building (fully or partially)
- External access to the garden for the foyer and the dwellings concerned
