Expansion and renovation of the Stockdorf primary school - Property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI

Building and interior design services in accordance with § 34 HOAI, work phases 3 - 8 for the extension and renovation of the Stockdorf primary school.

The service phases are assigned in stages in each case.

Level 1: LPH 3-4

Stage 2: LPH 5

Stage 3: LPH 6-8

The municipality of Gauting intends to expand and renovate the three-train primary school in Stockdorf. The southern wing of the building should, in prefabricated construction,

by 6 flexible rooms (approx. 300 m² GFA). An energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope (facade and flat roof) of the building section is also planned.

The measure is to be carried out during ongoing school operations with at least 2 construction phases. For this reason, a partial outsourcing of at least 3 classes takes place in containers, which are to be set up on the school premises.

Funding has been requested for the measure within the framework of FAG and the KIP-S (municipal investment program), and the funding guidelines must be observed accordingly when fulfilling the order.

The work phases 1-2 of the building and interior design services were

already provided by the municipality of Gauting.

Construction costs KG 300-400

Expansion: approx. EUR 1,145,000 gross

Energ. Refurbishment: approx. EUR 2,560,000 gross

Completion: 12/2023
