NAV plans to announce an open tender contest for communication aids, accessories, spare parts and services. The competition is divided into several items (independent competitions). The tenderer can select to submit tender offers for 1 or more items.

Parallel contracts will be signed in items 1-2 and 7-11.

A contract will be signed with one tenderer for item 6.

In items 3-5 and 12-14, contracts will be signed with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from item to item regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed.

The contract is planned to be for 2 years. The Contracting Authority will have an option for extension(s) for all or parts of the contract for up to 2 years.
