GIEK, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requires access to a reliable source for external 'credit risk ratings' for the Awarding Authority's purchasers. If available, external 'credit risk ratings' from approved agencies shall always be used by the Awarding Authority.

Moreover, the Awarding Authority requests a better comprehension of external ratings as well as quality assurance of internal ratings and access to competitor analyses.

The Awarding Authority also requests analyses of companies and financial institutions with underlying assessments and adjustments. Subscription of the service is requested.
