The subject of the order is “Delivery of new electric buses Class MAXI and dual-function loaders - dual-station for the Municipal Communication Company z o.o. in Włocławek” (under the “Green Public Transport” Programme Phase I, announced by NFOŚiGW).

A detailed description of the item of the order is specified in the Order Terms Specification (SWZ)

Delivery of 11 new electric buses class MAXI for Municipal Communication Company z o.o. in Włocławek, in three deliveries:

1 delivery - 9 months from the signing of the contract;

2 delivery - 13 months from the signing of the contract;

3 delivery — 17 months from the signing of the contract.

A detailed description is contained in Annex 4 to SWZ — Technical requirements for electric buses.

The Contractor shall provide the object of the order with parameters consistent with the SWZ, Technical Requirements, the submitted offer and the description of the subject of the Contractor's offer.

Delivery of 6 dual-function loaders for the Municipal Communications Company z o.o. in Włocławek, in three deliveries:

1 delivery - 8 months from the signing of the contract;

2 delivery - 12 months from the signing of the contract;

3 delivery — 16 months from the signing of the contract.

A detailed description is contained in Annex 4a to SWZ — Technical requirements for loaders and monitoring system.

The Contractor shall provide the object of the order with parameters consistent with the SWZ, Technical Requirements, the submitted offer and the description of the subject of the Contractor's offer.
