Provision of preventive, corrective, adaptive and evolutionary support services on the application of management of the training plans of the Employment, Training and Entrepreneurship area of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

In carrying out its work as an Intermediate Body for the management of European funds, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce has the necessary information systems for the registration and storage of the necessary information. To this end, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce has a series of portals and applications of technological support aimed at achieving the specific objectives set in each line of action, as well as transversal applications necessary for supervision, evaluation, financial management, verification and auditing.

In addition, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce has an information systems plan for the management and control of aid programmes co-financed with ESF+ funds that will be implemented during the 2021-2027 period of European funds, identifying a series of actions that the Spanish Chamber needs to undertake in order to comply with the requirements established by the applicable European regulations and with the guidelines applicable to Intermediate Bodies for management and control of the co-financed actions and, at the same time, allows the execution of these European funds to be carried out in the best possible way, with the support of efficient technological tools that promote a better performance of the functions entrusted as an Intermediate Body.

Among the actions identified is the need to provide preventive, corrective, adaptive and evolutionary support services on the management application of the training plans in the area of Employment, Training and Entrepreneurship, specifically developed in 2014 and continuously evolved since then, which guarantee their correct functioning so that the management of the different lines of action can be developed in optimal conditions. minimizing possible interruptions, and through an application that facilitates the activity of the different actors in the system through the implementation of workflows and controls adjusted to the business rules and management processes of the different lines of action.
