Procurement of a rheometer

The required device is a rheometer that is able to characterize the rheological properties for the entire range of raw materials in the food industry. For this purpose, measurement methods such as DMA (Dynamic Mechanical Analysis) are used to detect the structural change of a product during a temperature curve.
