The subject of the contract is the cleaning service in the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews with the Permanent Exhibition along with the adjacent outdoor area, as well as the performance of physical works related to the preparation of rooms for museum events. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and a description of the manner of performance of the contract can be found in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Contract completion date: 24 months from the date of commencement of the provision of services, but not earlier than from 1 February 2024.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require the contractor, whose bid is deemed to be the most advantageous, to provide a performance bond in accordance with Article 449 of the Public Procurement Law. The amount of the performance bond is set at 1% of the gross price of the offer.

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract to perform activities consisting in the provision of cleaning services for the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews with the Permanent Exhibition and the adjacent external area, as well as to perform physical work related to the preparation of rooms for museum events – as specified in detail in section 8 of Chapter II of the Terms of Reference.

4. Prior to concluding the Contract, the contractor is obliged to present a paid civil liability policy in the scope of business activity related to the Order for the minimum sum insured of PLN 600000.00.
