The municipality of Berkelland wants to tender for the selection of a partner for the 2023-2030 slipperiness control.

The purpose of the tender is to contract a partner to enter into a cooperation for smoothness assignment in which the purchasing aspects are included across the full breadth of the slipperiness control.

The scope of the assignment is to prepare the slipperiness control together with the client, to supply and maintain the necessary equipment and material for the smoothness control and to support in the implementation of the slipperiness control.

- Draw up and implement a new slipperiness control plan 2023-2030.

- Delivery/rental/lease etc. of replacement winter machines: keeping the municipal fleet of winter machines up to date (operational, reliable).

- Route guidance systems and vehicle tracking: keeping it efficient and operational.

- Bring and keep knowledge level employees up to standard.

- Staffing winter service guarantees (optional).

- Applying innovations (driving and using), completing assignments as sustainably as possible.

- In cooperation in a sustainable and integral way, the smoothness control is realized annually.

- Achieving the sustainability challenge: 50% less CO2 emissions and 50% circular action in 2030.

- Participation in all necessary project-based processes.

- Drawing up a timetable for preparation, execution and deliveries.
