Brief Contract Description.

The Reactive Maintenance Heating & Boiler Servicing Contractor will be expected to address any Heating failures on all NHSDG properties in a professional manner leading to a speedy resolution of any problems that may affect the efficient delivery of services by NHSDG. Scope of works could range from rudimentary heating repairs to boiler replacement.

Regular annual servicing planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs of gas/oil boilers.

The Authority wishes to advise that the issue of documents does not commit the Authority to proceed with the appointment of a supplier to this contract.

The Authority shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by suppliers in connection with the tender process for this Contract.
