The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from residential properties located in the Municipality of Książ Wielki, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminach (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), records of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by Resolution No. XXV/397/12 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 02.07.2012 regarding the amendment of Resolution No. XI/125/03 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 25 August 2003 on the Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region 2010 and Resolution No. XI/133/07 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 24 September 2007 regarding the amendment of Resolution No. XXXVI/443/05 The Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of 29 August 2005 on the "Environmental Protection Programme of the Malopolska Region for the years 2005-2012" and Resolution No Xi/125/03 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of 25 August 2003 on the Provincial Waste Management Plan, Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region. , in the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" and the Resolution of the Małopolska Regional Assembly No. V/34/2021 of January 28, 2019 and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Książ Wielki. Establishment and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the municipality of Książ Wielki or in the neighboring municipality, however, at a distance of no more than 15 km from the building of the Commune Office in Książ Wielki (Warszawska 17, 32-210 Książ Wielki) within the framework of applicable legal regulations, in particular in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 with later deaths).
