The assignment concerns the realization of Dalton School the Pole Star and a corresponding gymnasium with a total area of approximately 2,459 m2/GFA. The school building (1,893 m2/GVO) offers space for about 300 pupils and consists of:

- Educational rooms (4 group rooms, 1 engineering lab, teaching teachings);

- Playground;

- Early childhood education (1 group room);

- Office spaces;

- Support spaces.

The gym is 566 m2/GVO.
