The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from the area of Gubina to the site: Plant of Waste Development sp. z o.o., Marszów 50a, 68-200 Żary — Przeładunkowa Waste Station, Złota 3 Street, 68-300 Lubsko.

1. The subject of the contract is:

1) the collection and transport of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from the area of Gubina to the place: Zakład Zlandza Sp. z o.o., Marszów 50a, 68-200 Żary — Przeładunkowa Waste Station, Złota 3 Street, 68-300 Lubsko;

2) Equipment of properties covered by the municipal economy system:

(a) owners of all real estate residing in the city of Gubina, in:

— containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) owners of single-family properties and multi-scale buildings up to 10 residential units from the area of the city of Gubina in:

— bags for collecting segregated waste,

c) owners of properties in multi-scale development (more than 10 residential units) from the area of the city of Gubina in:

— containers for collecting segregated waste.
