The service is entrusted according to the discipline provided for the services pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 1, letter d), and for social services pursuant to art. 142 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, falling under Annex X to the same decree, to be managed in the manner specified in the specifications as well as complementary documents integrating the same.

The choice of the contractor takes place through an open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 as scheduled for the procedures above the EU threshold. The award is made in favor of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio pursuant to art. 95 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 based on the criteria set out in the Tender Regulations.

The procedure is carried out entirely in electronic version through an electronic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 accessible at www.sardegnacat.it.
