2. The estimated amount of ordered electricity in the delivery period from 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2022 is approx. 94 486.329 MWh, of which: consumption lower (at the time of contract execution) than the total expected electricity consumption during the term of the contract will not result in additional fees, apart from settlement for the amount of energy actually consumed at the prices specified by the Contractor in the tender submitted in the procedure. The Ordering Party envisages using at least 50% of the above-mentioned specific demand.

3. The electricity distribution service will be provided on the basis of a separate contract concluded with the Distribution System Operator responsible for the relevant energy intake point:

- Energa Operator S.A., 130 Naval Polskiej Street, 80-557 Gdańsk

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 3 to this SWZ.

5. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract can be found in the model contract, constituting Annex 2 of this SWZ (2.1 - model framework agreement and 2.2. model executive agreement). The contractor will execute sales contracts on the basis of executive agreements concluded by the Contractor with the Recipient.

7. The Contractor is obliged to secure its bid bond in the amount of PLN 750,000.00.
