In application of articles R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-7 of the public procurement code, the family allowance fund of Haute-Garonne implements a framework agreement relating to integration through economic activity by relying on the cleaning support service of the social centers of Reynerie and Empalot, located in the municipality of Toulouse.

The contractor will have to promote individualized social support for integration and employment by implementing and developing individualized support in order to allow these people to overcome the difficulties hindering their professional integration. The economic activity is the cleaning of this site. The nature and frequency of the services are described in the specifications. The annual cleaning hours volume is estimated at 2,080.2 h. This lot corresponds to the conclusion of a mono-awarding framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders in application of articles R. 2162-1 and following and R. 2162-13 of decree nº 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018, concluded without a minimum annual amount, but with a maximum annual amount: 52,155 EUR incl. tax / year.
