The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services related to the removal of pollution from provincial roads posing a threat to traffic safety and comfort and the elimination of difficulties resulting from road accidents, natural disasters and other unforeseen road incidents on the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Krakow (ZDW Kraków) in the Malopolska Region – divided into the basic scope of the contract and scope optional orders.
The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services related to the removal of pollution from provincial roads posing a threat to traffic safety and comfort and the elimination of difficulties resulting from road accidents, natural disasters and other unforeseen road incidents on the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Krakow (ZDW Kraków) in the Malopolska Region – divided into the basic scope of the contract and scope optional orders.
1) Basic scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services regarding the removal of pollution from provincial roads posing a threat to traffic safety and comfort and the elimination of difficulties resulting from road accidents, natural disasters and other unforeseen road events on the routes of provincial roads administered by ZDW Kraków in the Malopolska Region – according to the scope of work specified in the content of TER (basic scope orders). This constitutes the basic scope of the contract.
2) Optional scope of the contract: In addition to the basic scope of the contract indicated in point 1, the Contracting Authority also provides, within the framework of the reserved right of option, for the provision of cleaning services regarding the removal of pollution from provincial roads posing a threat to traffic safety and comfort and the elimination of obstacles resulting from road accidents, natural disasters and other unforeseen road events on the routes of provincial roads administered by ZDW Kraków in the Malopolska Region – according to the scope of work specified in the content of TER (optional scope of the contract). This is an optional scope of the order.
With regard to both the scope of the basic contract and the optional scope of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to order services to a greater or lesser extent, as well as to increase or decrease the quantity and change the type of services depending on the needs of the Ordering Party (in relation to the quantities specified in the TER) as part of the contractual remuneration (as part of orders interchangeably balancing up to the amount of the contractual remuneration) without the need to change (annex) the contract. This shall not constitute grounds for the Contractor to submit claims in this respect. In the context of the basic scope of the contract, the contracting authority guarantees the performance of at least 70% of the value of this scope of the contract specified in the contract.
Detailed specification of the item of the order shall include the Description of the item of the order (OPZ) constituting SWZ 1.
