The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and execution of construction and installation works related to the execution of 1 photovoltaic microinstallation on a public building with a capacity below 50 kWp.

The contracting authority requires that as a result of the works, an independent installation of a photovoltaic generator is created, which will be mounted on the roof of the Sieradz City Hall building at Plac Wojewódzki 1.

The planned scope of the contract includes the construction of a complete photovoltaic installation according to the following assumptions:

a) construction of a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of min. 49.68 kWp,

b) construction of a smartmeter meter in the main switchboard, cooperating with the installed inverter with RS485 connection in order to monitor the production, consumption and transmission of energy to the energy operator,

c) installation of the system monitoring system via LAN/WI-FI network,

d) partial reconstruction and adaptation of the existing lightning protection system so that it protects the building and the built photovoltaic installation,

e) installation of GPWP, adaptation and agreement with a fire protection expert.

The subject of the contract includes:

a) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, all arrangements, opinions, decisions, technical conditions, notifications necessary to develop design documentation and implementation of construction works,

b) obtaining a map for design purposes / obtaining maps for location purposes,

c) development of design documentation in accordance with the functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as PFU),

d) obtaining a building permit / notification of the intention to perform works,

e) installation based on the developed design documentation,

f) execution of the main fire circuit breaker,

g) reconstruction and adaptation of the existing lightning protection system to protect the building and photovoltaic installation,

h) execution of auxiliary construction works (punctures, mounting holes, installation passages through building partitions, filling of openings and reconstruction and repair of some damaged elements during construction works),

i) installation of the monitoring and control system,

j) execution of instructions for the use of installed devices,

k) preparation of the necessary as-built documentation and preparation and submission to the local energy company of applications for the installation of bidirectional electricity meters,

l) conducting training for designated representatives of the Ordering Party in the field of operation and operation of the installations and preparing and submitting a paper instruction manual for operation and operation,

m) carrying out technological start-up,

n) performing author's supervision as part of the developed project documentation.
