The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries shall procure effort packages dimensioned for 500 people in 3 days. The packages shall primarily be used in connection with assistance to shipping companies/ships in situations requiring evacuation of people. The effort packages shall also be used in connection with other humanitarian situations.

This procurement shall cover parts of the effort packages and includes:

— Containers;

— Tents (self-erecting, shall be placed on ship decks) as well as lights, electricity supply and couplings;

— Light folding beds, groundsheets and sleeping bags;

— Light cloths ('jogging suits');

— Field toilets which can be used without electricity/water supply;

— Various accessories. See the requirement specification in the contract for further details.

The equipment must also contain a sufficient number of clip-lock boxes in which the equipment shall be packed.
