Delivery, installation and implementation of 2 unit-dose vending machines incl. control unit for the pharmacy of imland gGmbH

For the hospital pharmacy located in Rendsburg, imland gGmbH intends to procure two unit-dose dispensing machines, a control unit and the associated necessary hardware and software as well as the connection to the respective existing IT systems from imland gGmbH and the customers of the pharmacy supplied in accordance with §14 ApoG.

The machines with their functionalities must be integrated into the planned workflow of the clinic pharmacy.

For the computerized deblisterization process, software is required to support the debbling process.

It should be noted that the devices can be accommodated within the available, limited area. The machines are to be connected to an exhaust air system, so the adapter must be offered for connection and installation. The metal plates for the weight distribution of the dispensing machines are also to be included in the offer. The control software of the machines and the servers must be offered with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). One server must be connected to each machine in order to be able to continue working on the second system in the event of an error (failure concept). The devices are to be installed in the building of the pharmacy of imland gGmbH in Rendsburg. It should be borne in mind that construction, installation and implementation must be carried out during ongoing patient care. The delivery service is to take place within the framework of a purchase. For the purchase, the bidder should submit a detailed purchase offer in addition to the table completed in the specifications – price sheet investment costs.

All devices and accessories must be offered taking into account the structural conditions. Functional systems, especially with regard to integration into the existing IT landscape, must be installed, which ensure compatibility with the existing documentation system. All components (e.g. data cables, active network components, etc.) required for the production of this functionality must be calculated and compensated with the offer to be submitted.

In the future, the service on the devices is to be carried out by the bidder as a full maintenance contract. The technical staff of imland gGmbH should also be able to intervene in the event of equipment malfunctions. For this purpose, a concept proposal with appropriate training by the bidder must be developed and attached to the offer. It is desired that the devices are connected electronically and that the service, if possible, is carried out via remote maintenance access.
