The project includes the construction of a new district heating pipe from the existing network in Bremgartenstrasse, via Länggassstrasse and Hochfeldstrasse into Neufeld:

- From the existing network to the new district headquarters in the bus turning loop (Bremgartenstrasse, Länggassstrasse): high-temperature network;

- New construction of the district center in the bus turning loop in Länggasse (master builder work including excavation, civil engineering including network connections);

- From the new district headquarters via Hochfeldstrasse to Neubrückstrasse: low-temperature network;

- Refurbishment and expansion of gas, water and electrical routes including network connections (house connections).
