The district of Wolfenbüttel is announcing the participation competition for the framework contract for the procurement of interactive board systems. The five most suitable candidates will be invited to submit a bid.

The district of Wolfenbüttel plans to renew existing board systems in up to 10 school locations. A framework purchase agreement according to EVB-IT in the current version is advertised for this purpose.

The subject of the EVB-IT framework purchase agreement will be the establishment of up to 320 interactive board systems in the classrooms.

The call for tenders will be conducted as a non-open procedure with an upstream competition.

Applicants must immediately verify that the tender documents are correct. In order to ensure a proper course of the competition, the deadline for the last submission of bidding questions is set for 17.01.2022. In the event of a later question, a timely answer cannot be guaranteed and does not necessarily lead to an extension of the deadline.
