The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive, systematic legal services to the Maritime Office in Szczecin as the investor of the Project entitled "Construction of a breakwater for the new Outer Port in Świnoujście" in the field of public procurement and implementation of contracts concluded with entities performing works and services in the scope of the Investment in question. In addition, the Contractor of this contract will be obliged to provide legal advice to UMS in relations with administrative bodies issuing consents, opinions, decisions, administrative provisions, etc. in the scope of implementation of the Investment and in relations with external stakeholders of the Investment.
