1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance and cleaning of paved surfaces, playground, outdoor gym, skatepark and ongoing maintenance and care of urban greenery, greenery in the park, squares and green areas along with the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system in the city of Starogard Gdański.
2. The item of the order was divided into 3 parts:
1) part I of the order – Current maintenance of urban areas in the area of the Old Town, Al. Wojska Polskiego, Railway Station;
2) Part II of the contract – Current maintenance of urban areas in the City Park;
3) part III of the contract – Current maintenance of urban areas in the area of the New Face Park and St. Wojciech Square.
3.
Ongoing maintenance of urban areas in the area of the Old Town, Al. Wojska Polskiego, Railway StationAs part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:
1. cleaning up after city events and celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (the expected number of celebrations - up to 12 each year of the contract);
2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and cow droppings, in the period from the date of validity of the contract to 31.12.2024;
2.1. service related to the maintenance and emptying of bins along with the transfer of waste accumulated in them
to dispose of includes the performance of operations consisting in:
a. systematic and current (daily) selection of impurities from baskets and collection of impurities within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket,
b. ongoing replenishment of the station on dog droppings in bags, so as not to allow their temporary absence,
c. replacement of garbage bags,
d. setting up overturned and/or displaced baskets,
e. ongoing monitoring of the status of filling the baskets to prevent them from overflowing,
f. transfer of the collected waste for disposal,
g. washing and disinfecting all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),
h. ongoing removal of all kinds of impurities and dirt of any origin from the baskets,
i. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;
2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions thrown on the maintained area
by third parties (during the year up to 5 m3);
2.3. all bins must be emptied by 1100 o'clock on a given day.
2.4. The Contractor is also obliged to throw in the garbage left on the maintained area
by residents, to underground containers located at Plac 16 Dywizji Street. In the event of filling or failure of underground containers, the Contractor is obliged to notify the enterprise performing garbage collection from the above containers;
2.5. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of the baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;
2.6. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;
3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.
3.1. post-winter cleaning of all pedestrian routes (the date of commencement of works should be agreed with the Ordering Party);
3.2. mechanical and manual cleaning of street surfaces, alleys, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle paths, parking bays and squares from garbage, branches, bottles, stones, stakes, deadwood, cigarette butts, caps, papers, glass, etc. and the manual removal of posters, leaflets and announcements placed illegally, m.in. on trees, balustrades, benches, etc.;
3.3. in places of national remembrance (at monuments, under the Town Hall, etc.) The Contractor is obliged to remove burnt candles, bouquets, faded and withered flowers and candle residues on an ongoing basis (expected number of celebrations - up to 8 of each year of the contract);
3.4. mechanical sweeping – once a week (until the 15th and 30th day of the month) in the period from 01.04 to 31.10.;
3.5. mechanical washing of the roadway – once a month (by the 7th day of the month at the latest) in the period from 01.04 to 31.10.;
3.6. cleaning streets after collisions and accidents – depending on the needs, at the request of the Ordering Party, the Municipal Guard (up to 3 events per year are planned).
Due to the limited space available, the entire description of the subject of the contract in terms of Part I shall include the SWZ.
Ongoing maintenance of urban areas in the City ParkAs part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:
1. cleaning up after city events and celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (the expected number of celebrations - up to 5 each year of the contract);
2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and cow droppings, in the period from the date of validity of the contract to 31.12.2024;
2.1. the service related to the maintenance and emptying of the bins together with the transfer of waste collected in them for disposal includes the performance of activities consisting in:
a. systematic and current (daily) selection of impurities from baskets and collection of impurities within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket,
b. ongoing replenishment of the station on dog droppings in bags, so as not to allow their temporary absence,
c. replacement of garbage bags,
d. setting up overturned and/or displaced baskets,
e. ongoing monitoring of the status of filling the baskets to prevent them from overflowing,
f. transfer of the collected waste for disposal,
g. washing and disinfecting all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),
h. ongoing removal of all kinds of impurities and dirt of any origin from the baskets,
i. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;
2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions tossed to the maintained area by third parties (up to 5 m3 per year);
2.3. all bins must be emptied by 930 o'clock on a given day;
2.4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;
2.5. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;
3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.
3.1. post-winter cleaning of all pedestrian routes (the date of commencement of works should be agreed with the Ordering Party);
3.2. mechanical and manual cleaning of street surfaces, alleys, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle paths, parking bays and squares from garbage, branches, bottles, stones, deadwood, cigarette butts, caps, papers, glass, etc.;
3.3. manual removal of posters, leaflets and advertisements placed illegally, m.in. on trees, balustrades, benches, etc.;
4. ongoing maintenance of small architecture and vertical marking in the period from the date of validity of the contract until 31.12.2024.
4.1. current (depending on the needs) washing of benches, trash cans, blocking posts, bicycle racks, vertical markings, information boards, educational boards – once every two months in the period from 01.04. to 31.10, with the fact that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;
4.2. comprehensive washing and cleaning twice a year of the monument of Wierzyczanka, with the fact that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;
4.3. Washing should be carried out with cleaning agents that do not cause damage or degradation of the environment and do not pose a threat to the health and life of users, over the entire surface in such a way as to remove any dirt. The Ordering Party should be notified of the commencement of the above-mentioned works in a given location one day in advance;
4.4. maintaining cleanliness around the bench within a radius of approx. 5 m;
4.5. conservation of wooden elements of benches, educational boards, game sets and planters using appropriate impregnating agents – once every 22 months, until September 30;
4.6. removing graffitti from playground and sports equipment.

Ongoing maintenance of urban areas in the area of Nowe Oblicze Park and St. Adalbert's SquareAs part of the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, the Contractor is obliged to:
1. cleaning up after city events and celebrations, immediately after the end of the ceremony (the expected number of celebrations - up to 8 each year of the contract);
2. maintenance and emptying of trash cans and animal excrement bins, from the date of validity of the contract
until 31.12.2024;
2.1. service related to the maintenance and emptying of bins along with the transfer of waste accumulated in them
to dispose of includes the performance of operations consisting in:
2.1.1. systematic and current 1-fold daily selection of impurities from baskets and collection of impurities
within a radius of up to 5 m from the basket, where all baskets must be emptied by 8:30 a.m. on a given day,
2.1.2. ongoing replenishment of the dog droppings station with bags, so as not to allow their temporary absence,
2.1.3. replacement of garbage bags,
2.1.4. setting up overturned and/or displaced baskets,
2.1.5. ongoing monitoring of the state of filling of the baskets, in order to prevent them from overflowing,
2.1.6. transfer of the collected waste for disposal,
2.1.7. washing and disinfecting all baskets 2 times a year (in April and October),
2.1.8. ongoing removal of all kinds of impurities and dirt of any origin from the baskets,
2.1.9. ongoing repair and/or replacement of damaged baskets;
2.2. The Contractor is also obliged to remove garbage and dimensions tossed to the maintained area by third parties (up to 5 m3 per year);
2.3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out emptying of baskets in a way that does not cause contamination of the surrounding areas;
2.4. the baskets to be replaced shall be of the same type, colour, capacity and made of the same material as that to be replaced;
3. current maintenance of cleanliness in the period from the date of the contract until 31.12.2024.
3.1. systematic and ongoing 1-fold daily cleaning of the surface in hours: from 7:00 - 8:30 on a given day,
3.2. daily sweeping of paved surfaces of the skatepark, playground and outdoor gym,
3.3. current removal of falling leaves and branches from the playground and gym,
3.4. maintaining the cleanliness of the aisle in a way that does not damage it;
4. ongoing maintenance of small architecture and vertical markings in the period from the date of validity of the contract
until 31.12.2024
4.1. current (depending on the needs) washing of benches (washing as necessary from all impurities, including bird droppings), trash cans, blocking posts, bicycle racks, vertical markings, information boards,
4.2. current (depending on the needs) maintenance of outdoor gym equipment, including daily washing of all impurities, e.g. bird droppings,
4.3. cleaning the trampoline and keeping the area under the trampoline clean,
4.4. comprehensive washing and cleaning of the monument twice a year, with the exception that the first cleaning should be done before April 15;
4.5. washing should be carried out with cleaning agents that do not cause damage or degradation of the environment and do not pose a threat to the health and life of users, over the entire surface in such a way as to remove any dirt;
4.6. at the monument of St. Adalbert, the Contractor is obliged to remove burnt candles, bouquets, faded and withered flowers and candle residues (expected number of celebrations - up to 5 of each year of the contract);
4.7. maintenance of bench elements using appropriate impregnating agents – once a year, until 30 September;
