Description:
Supply, installation and commissioning of a waste disposal access control system

This contract covers in particular the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of hardware, equipment or software such as:

- entrance terminals with RFID chip and barcode readers, displays and intercom,

- automatic lifting barriers for entering and leaving the site,

- portable terminals or smartphones, rugged,

- access cards on physical media, with RFID chip and barcodes (including personalisation, creation of badges, postal dispatch and database management),

- I/O management software, interface with the community's software solution (Styx)

- local network and electricity infrastructures,

- training of agents,

- 2-year warranty and maintenance.

The market is not cut into slices.

The Framework Agreement consists of a fixed part and a purchase order part:

The fixed part covers:

- kick-off meeting and project management,

- the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance over a period of 2 years of the hardware, equipment or software as defined in quantitative estimate No 1,

- the provision of access cards on physical media, with RFID chip and barcodes (including personalisation, creation of badges, postal dispatch and database management),

- training for agents.

A purchase order game. Depending on the needs, the contracting authority reserves the right to issue purchase orders for supplies and services as detailed in the "unit price schedule (BPU) - part of purchase orders", and in particular on:

- the supply and installation of access terminals, barriers, rails, terminal protection works, additional wiring,

- the provision of additional badges, including Korrigo multi-service physical badges,

- editing, encoding, managing requests and sending these cards,

- the supply of additional rugged smartphone,

- additional training sessions,

- annual maintenance services for installations beyond the 2-year warranty period.

The duration of the framework agreement shall be 48 months from the date of notification. The Framework Agreement cannot be renewed.

The services of the party to purchase orders may vary, over the duration of the framework agreement, within the following limits:

- minimum amount: No minimum amount,

- maximum amount: 90,000 euro (excl. VAT).
