Service relating to the preventive verification of the final design, pursuant to Article 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project and the Executive Project (optional) relating to the intervention called "Electrification works of the docks of the Port of Civitavecchia (Cold Ironing)".

The economic operator that will be awarded the contract will verify, in consultation with the designer, the compliance of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of the aforementioned article.

The verification must ascertain:

(a) the completeness of the design;

(b) the coherence and completeness of the economic framework in all its aspects;

c) the contractability of the chosen design solution;

d) the conditions for the durability of the work over time;

(e) minimising the risks of variant introduction and litigation;

f) the possibility of completing the work within the deadlines laid down;

(g) the safety of workers and users;

(h) the adequacy of the unit prices used;

i) the maintainability and the presence of the monitoring plan of the works, where required.

The total amount of the contract is €. 397,100.08 (estimated value) including any form of any options or renewals, determined pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, of which €. €117,369.48 for the verification of the technical and economic feasibility project and €. €279,730.60 (optional) for the verification of the executive design including the supplementary fee for BIM technology, plus 4% cash.
