Providing the cleaning services and window cleaning of the Municipality of Berkelland in Borculo and surroundings (12 locations).

The total number of floor areas to be kept clean is approximately 15,000 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured double-sided is approximately 3,000 m2.

Due to the expiring contract, the obligation to tender the Contract in Europe, the efficient use of Community funds and the desire of the Contracting Authority to conclude one contract with one Contractor for the location(s) belonging to the Municipality of Berkelland, it has been decided to start this Tender procedure and to market the cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services as of 1 October 2023.
