The project management mission is made up of the following elements: diagnostic studies, pre-project studies (APS + APD), project studies (PRO), assistance provided to the client for the conclusion of works contracts (ACT), Complete execution studies (EXE) for all the lots, Direction of execution of the work contract (s) (DET), Assistance given to the client during acceptance operations as well as during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR), Coordination coordination scheduling (OPC). The consultation is aimed at a project manager or a project management team with skills in:

- architecture,

- construction economics,

- fluids and thermal engineering,

- asbestos design office.

The contract takes effect and runs as from the reception of the notification by the holder. The contract is concluded at a definitive and revisable overall price.
