1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of current and post-accident repairs and technical maintenance of official vehicles of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Vehicle Service Station in Wałbrzych, Legnica, Jelenia Góra and at the Technical Service Point in Zgorzelec and Bolesławiec, which include:

1.1. in the case of maintenance, diagnostics (assessment of technical condition), including computer diagnostics (reading fault codes, fault diagnosis) of the vehicle, in accordance with the range provided by the vehicle manufacturer at the specified mileage/age of the vehicle and changing the engine oil together with the oil filter, air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter, washing the vehicle body and vacuuming its interior, as well as checking the correct operation of the priority signalling, and the condition of the generator, if fitted. beyond the scope of technical service and spare parts qualified during the vehicle diagnostics for replacement or repair, will be included in the repair cost estimate referred to in § 3 section 1 PPU (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).

1.2. in the case of current repair – should be understood as diagnostics and replacement of damaged mechanical and electrical parts as a result of a failure that occurred during the use of the vehicle, washing the vehicle body and vacuuming its interior, as well as checking the correct operation of the priority signaling;

1.3. in the case of post-accident repair – should be understood as vehicle diagnostics and comprehensive repair of a vehicle damaged as a result of a road collision, accident or other damage not related to the movement of the vehicle.

1.4. in the event of a breakdown or road incident resulting in the inability to move the vehicle independently – towing the vehicle from the place of its parking to the place of repair service and after its completion delivery of the vehicle to the Vehicle Service Station in Wałbrzych / Legnica / Jelenia Góra or to the Technical Service Point in Zgorzelec / Bolesławiec.

2. The detailed scope of services provided as well as the conditions and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and annexes, hereinafter in the text: PPU.

3. The proceedings are divided into 5 parts. All lots may be submitted in part. Maximum number of parts of the procedure in which the Contractor may submit a bid: 5.

3.1. Part No. 1 of the proceedings entitled Technical maintenance, current and damage repairs of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Vehicle Service Station in Wałbrzych – offer form Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Table 1 for part 1 of the proceedings.

3.2. Part No 2 of the proceedings entitled Technical maintenance, current and damage repairs of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Vehicle Service Station in Legnica – offer form Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Table 2 for part 2 of the proceedings.

3.3. Part No. 3 of the proceedings entitled Technical maintenance, current and damage repairs of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Vehicle Service Station in Jelenia Góra – offer form Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Table 3 for part 3 of the proceedings.

3.4. Part No. 4 of the proceedings entitled Technical service, current and damage repairs of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Technical Service Point in Zgorzelec – offer form Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Table 4 for part 4 of the proceedings.

3.5. Part No. 5 of the proceedings entitled Technical service, current and damage repairs of official vehicles of the Lower Silesian Police garrison commissioned by the Technical Service Point in Bolesławiec – offer form Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Table 5 for part 5 of the proceedings.

4. The list of company vehicles of the passenger type, vans and off-road vehicles intended for technical maintenance and current and damage repairs is specified in Annexes 1a (part 1), 1b (part 2), 1c (part 3), 1d (part 4), 1e (part 5) to the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 1 to the SWZ). At the same time, the indicated number and type of vehicles is an estimate, and their actual number subject to services will depend on the number of failures and the transport management of the Police units, especially depending on the number and type of vehicles purchased or withdrawn from service.

5. The list of required workshop equipment with technical devices, tools, software available to the Contractor in order to provide services subject to the contract at the appropriate level of quality has been specified by the Contracting Authority in attachments number: 9a (part 1), 9b (part 2), 9c (part 3), 9d (part 4), 9e (part 5) to SWZ, respectively to the part of the procedure for which the bid is submitted.
