Communication events for the EU Structural Funds (funding period 2021-2027)
The Free State of Saxony will receive a total of around 3.1 billion euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) in the funding period 2021 to 2027. The ERDF invests in research and innovation, climate change mitigation and economic development. The JTF serves to cope with structural change in the coal regions. The ESF Plus is used for education, training and training, sustainable and quality employment, as well as social inclusion and the fight against poverty and discrimination. The funds will be used for various funding programmes.
The European Commission and the Free State of Saxony attach great importance to ensuring that as many potential users as possible are informed about the funding opportunities. In addition, the use of funds must be made transparent for the citizen. The positive achievements of the EU are to be made clear. In order to carry out these tasks, the two managing authorities for the ERDF/JTF and the ESF in the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Transport also have tasks for visibility, transparency and communication. Events on the three funds form a means of achieving the communication goals.
The subject of the award is an agreement on the implementation of events. The agreement includes framework agreement services. Within this framework agreement, individual contracts for the respective
events or actions.
The elements from the modules listed in this service description can be part of the above-mentioned exemplary event types and
publicity campaigns:
- half-day or all-day conferences on various topics of funding (as face-to-face, hybrid or pure online events),
- Conferences for promotion on various topics with
ERDF, JTF and/or ESF (as face-to-face, hybrid or online-only events),
- Participation in trade fairs or third-party events (e.g. with their own stands or in cooperation with third parties such as the Sächsische Aufbaubank - Förderbank (as face-to-face, hybrid or online-only events)),
- Information stands (at events, trade fairs, in public spaces),
- Action stands with distribution of information and advertising material, quizzes, use of the EU mascot, film presentations, other "colourful" activities (e.g.
on the Day of the Saxons) or mobile actions, e.g. in cities and municipalities, in buildings or public transport.
The events take place in the Free State of Saxony at various locations.
Part of the service description is on the one hand a basic module:
- Module 1: Conception, organization and implementation of events.
In addition, there are the following other modules:
- Module 2: Provision of personnel,
- Module 3: Catering,
- Module 4: Technology,
- Module 5: Printed matter,
- Module 6: Event equipment (exhibition stand construction; Accessories) - for rent,
- Module 7: Event equipment - production including delivery and branding,
- Module 8: Transport of event material and exhibition equipment,
- Module 9: Renting buses with drivers.
Depending on the requirements for the planned event, individual components can be called up from these modules in the form of a single order.
The framework agreement provides for a non-binding estimated purchase quantity for the individual service items as well as a maximum purchase quantity for the
for the entire duration of the framework agreement. In addition, the client guarantees a
