The contract concerns the collection of waste fractions that fall under the municipal waste management responsibility of municipalities in the municipality of Mäntsälä in accordance with the tender documents. The contract includes the collection, loading, transport and delivery of waste to reception points specified by the customer. Unit prices do not include waste treatment fees, as the fee is not charged to the contractor, but directly to the properties.

The matters set out in the Tender Documents and its Annexes are the minimum requirements contained in the mandate under which the contractor by bidding undertakes to carry out the mandate. The contractor winning the tender is required to accept the content of the service procurement into the contract as such.

The offer is binding and should be made in the Finnish language.

Waste collection and transport in accordance with the tender documentation.

Washings of waste containers and collection and transport of waste contained in washable containers in accordance with the tender documentation.
