Assistance, maintenance and Help Desk service of the MètaClinic folder software, including the SMART VISIT and SMART LINK Telemedicine solutions, for the period January 2024 / December 2026.
The assistance, maintenance and Help Desk fee must include:
• Corrective maintenance activities
• technical assistance aimed at ensuring the correct use of the software by the user and updating of the same
• Remote assistance service
• Telephone help desk service
• Evolutionary maintenance service with a view to adapting the software to the regional project
SISS3 including development, testing, production and, at least, 3 days of training.
The Offeror Company must have exclusive ownership of the MètaClinic source code.
