The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection , harvesting and skidding of wood and nursery, selection and seeding, to be carried out in the Gostynin Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as nursery, selection and the seed resulting from Annex 3 (for individual lots 3.I ... 3.VI) to the ToR, the procedure is conducted in an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 and art. 39-46 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended).
