The Order concerns the provision of Touchscreens for the location as mentioned in paragraph 2.2 of these Specifications. The tenderer must carry out the Contract in accordance with the Programme of Requirements (Annex 1).
The following services are part of the assignment:
• Advice, delivery, assembly, installation, warranty and service and repair of the delivered Touchscreens.
• Site survey (viewing of the room where the relevant Touchscreen should be placed. This is to avoid any problems during installation) in advance for new Touchscreens.
• Warranty handling of the Touchscreens supplied by the Contractor.
• Training & education for employees and teachers of the Client. The content of the training is determined in consultation. Subscribers must specify an hourly rate for training on the Calculation Sheet. This is a fixed hourly rate for all training sessions.
