Digital Television. Television aerials. Television aerial installation work. Wolverhampton Homes Limited (WHL) is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) established in 2005 which manages and maintains Wolverhampton City Council's Social Housing Stock (approximately 23,200 properties).

Wolverhampton Homes has installed and maintains IRS Digital Systems to various High, Medium, and Low Rise blocks of flats throughout Wolverhampton.

The Systems are predominately IRS 9 wire Sky+ Systems, with the exception of a few which are IRS 5 wire Sky+ Systems and 1 MATV.

There are currently 7940 spine points, from 556 head ends. These quantities are subject to change.

Wolverhampton Homes requires a preventative maintenance service for the installed Digital TV Reception Systems.

A responsive call-out service is also required to attend and rectify faults, system failures and other matters that may arise in connection with the Installed Digital TV Reception Systems.

Wolverhampton Homes may also require the installation of some internal face plates.

The Contract Period shall continue for a period of 4 years, with a possible extension of up to a further 2 year, subject to the rights of termination of both parties.

The winning Contractor will be required to provide and be responsible for the provision of all services and meeting all response repairs and rectification times.
