The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Municipality of the City of Koszalin together with organizational units, cultural institutions, municipal companies and other entities.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity specified, in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards – the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system - for the Municipality of the City of Koszalin together with organizational units, cultural institutions, municipal companies and other entities.

2. The definition of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter II of the SWZ and in the draft contract together with the annex contained in Chapter V of the SWZ.

3. Required deadline for the execution of the order: 12 months, i.e. from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
