1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled "Reconstruction of roads and parking lots in the city of Sieradz" covering Daszyńskiego Street, Paderewskiego Street, Andersa Street, Bohaterów Września Street, Strzelców Kaniowskich Street

and Braterstwa Broni Street, implemented in the "design and build" formula.

2. The scope of the contract includes:

- development of multi-discipline design and cost estimation documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, permanent and temporary traffic organization project,

- preparation of all necessary documents and obtaining the required arrangements for the relevant construction procedure (building permit or notification of construction works),

- execution of construction works on the basis of prepared construction documentation,

- preparation of as-built documentation along with obtaining documents permitting use.

The contract includes the following tasks:

- task No. 1 – Reconstruction of roads and parking lots at Daszyńskiego and Paderewskiego streets,

- task No. 2 – Reconstruction of roads and parking lots at Andersa Street, Bohaterów Września Street, Strzelców Kaniowskich Street and Braterstwa Broni Street.

In the scope of works preceding the implementation of construction works:

- performing the necessary measurements and tests necessary to develop design solutions,

- preparation of project documentation along with the necessary opinions and arrangements,

- carrying out the required construction procedure and obtaining a building permit or notification of construction works,

- preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,

- preparation of bills of quantities of designed works,

- preparation of projects of permanent and temporary organization of works and execution of organization for planned construction works.

In the scope of works after the completion of construction works:

- preparation of as-built documentation,

- obtaining documents permitting the use of the project.
