4.1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 05 99 – Other unmentioned waste (so-called stabilizate), generated in the process of biological treatment (D8) of waste with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 – sub-sieve fraction 0-80 mm, in the installation of mechanical and biological treatment of mixed municipal waste in the Management Plant Waste in Łasków.

4.1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 05 99 – Other unmentioned waste (so-called stabilizate), generated in the process of biological treatment (D8) of waste with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 – sub-sieve fraction 0-80 mm, in the installation of mechanical and biological treatment of mixed municipal waste in the Management Plant Waste in Łasków.

4.2. The estimated amount of waste during the term of the contract will be

up to 6 400 Mg. This quantity has been determined for the purpose of estimating the value of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste collected without the right to pursue claims. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 1 000 Mg. The actual amount of waste to be collected will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

4.3. The offered method of waste management with code 19 05 99 – Other unlisted waste (the so-called stabilizate) must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery or disposal processes specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended).

4.4. Waste 19 05 99 covered by the subject of the contract meets the requirements contained in Article 3(2) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 22 December 2017 on unit rates of fees for the use of the environment (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2490) to the extent provided for this type of waste. The quality parameters of the waste with code 19 05 99 have been determined in the results of tests carried out by an accredited laboratory and are for illustrative purposes. The received batches of material may differ as to the values given, and any differences will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party.

4.5. Waste will be prepared in a loose form, and its collection will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00 from the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69, 22-530 Mircze by the Contractor's own transport. The Ordering Party shall ensure the loading of waste. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the Ordering Party's scale, located in the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69 and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt from the weighing system and confirmation of generating the Waste Transfer Card in accordance with the guidelines of the BDO system.

4.6. Each transport of waste collected by the Contractor with the code 19 05 99 will be recorded in the Ordering Party's weighing system and in the BDO system.

4.7. After the end of each calendar month, the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a balance of weighings from a computer program operating the weighing system at the ZZO in Łasków.
