Kammarkollegiet intends to sign a four-year framework agreement with a supplier of life and career planning and leadership development.
Description of the mission
Kammarkollegiet wants to offer its staff a Life and Career Program: A cohesive program with life and career content. The purpose of the program is that employees are given the opportunity to reflect on their life and work situation. Kammarkollegiet's intention with the program is for employees to gain in-depth self-knowledge, insight into their own potential and development areas.
A service for complex personnel matters: as a complement to occupational health care. The service is aimed at employees who have lost motivation and commitment or whose abilities do not match the requirements set at work due to, for example, ill health. The purpose of the position is for the employee to have a sustainable health development, motivation, commitment, work ability and self-confidence.
Outplacement: The position is aimed at employees who are in need of adjustment and aim to move on to a new employment outside Kammarkollegiet, start their own business, or start studying.
All services shall be offered to Kammarkollegiet's employees in Stockholm and Karlstad.
When the need for a consultant in Karlstad is necessary, the supplier has the right to invoice Kammarkollegiet for both time spent and costs for trains. Kammarkollegiet will not pay any hotel costs, it is the responsibility of the supplier to plan the time so that hotels are not necessary.
Leadership, employeeship and group development:
The service is aimed at managers, leaders, groups and employees.
The service may refer to extensive efforts of longer duration or individual parts of a development program.
The services can be performed at individual, group and organizational level in the form of supervision / coaching, advice, training, workshops or the like.
All services shall be offered to Kammarkollegiet's employees in Stockholm and Karlstad.
