Fortis Living a newly formed trading name of Worcester Community Housing and Festival Housing, have identified suitable contractors to create a Framework through which External Wall Insulation will be procured.

It is anticipated that the works will be funded solely or partially from a variety of sources.

The Framework is intentionally aimed at housing providers both in and outside of the Fortis Group of companies as listed within the documentation; to suit their individual needs and requirements for work of this type. Please note that the key users of the Framework will be Fortis Group members and members of our consortium — CHIC, but others may/will join throughout the term.

The projects arising from the procurement are anticipated to be extremely diverse, from only a few properties, to projects worth several million pounds.
