The aim of the framework agreement(s) is to cover the need for teaching aids in primary and secondary schools in the three municipalities.

As described in the contest documents.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that can deliver

both printed and digital teaching aids.

The participating municipalities, Vefsn, Grane, and Hattfjelldal, will sign identical contracts based on the

award of contract with the chosen tenderer(s), and will then have the responsibility for and will follow-up their own contract in

the entire contract period.

Any status meetings can be held jointly if this is found to be

appropriate.

A framework agreement will be signed for a period of 3+1 years after the contract has been signed.

The contract is for the delivery of a broad spectrum of teaching aids for primary and secondary schools in Vefsn, Grane, and Hattfjelldal Municipalities.

The delivery will include school books including text books, guidelines, exercise booklets, answers, digital teaching resources, theme books, reference books, literature, and other relevant subject literature, as well as educational concretising material.

The contract for teaching aids will also include teaching aids/literature for use in adult education, health, wraparound care, nurseries, schools of arts, and other units

as needed.

The framework agreement's estimated total volume for the 3 municipalities

is NOK 8,200,000 excluding VAT for a 4-year period.
