The objective of the contract is to cover the need for internal and external emergency repairs, maintenance and renovation of pipe technical installations, etc. on our properties. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the municipality access to qualified manpower, for planned and acute work that occurs in connection with operation and maintenance of the buildings.
