This contract is a lot market.
Tenderers have the option of submitting an offer for 1 lot or for all lots.
Tenderers must award prizes for all components making up each lot of these specifications (individual lot).
The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract (1 lot or several lots).
Both variants and allowed and free options are not allowed.
Free variants are forbidden. However, the technical clauses may allow them implicitly (so as not to regard any variant as a reservation and raise the substantial irregularity given the complexity of the market). In this case, each variant must clearly indicate how it differs from the specifications in the documents of ... (see contract documents).
Lot 1:
Part 1: Property damage insurance:
- fire and related hazards,
- all electronic risks,
- insurance of values,
- all risks material moving objects,
- all risks exhibitions and works of art.
Part 2: liability insurance:
- General RC,
- RC of the agents,
- RC objective fire and explosion,
- CR and bodily injury for children participating in recreational, cultural and sports activities,
- CR and personal injuries of the communal council of children and advisory committees,
- RC organizers of various events in the communal premises.
Part 3: Accident insurance:
- work accident,
- bodily injury for the members of the college and the communal council.
Part 4: Auto Insurance:
- RC material damage and legal protection,
- omnium missions,
- vehicle assistance.
Part 5: all-risk insurance for food premises.
Lot 2: single component: cyber insurance.
1) object of the insurance:
The warranties are composed of 2 parts and will have to cover both the civil liability and the data protection following a cyber-attack (virus, hacking, data theft and violation of their confidentiality, extortion, phishing, malicious acts "Cyber" ...) that can lead to data loss, security risk, business continuity risk, risk to third parties. The list of risks is not exhaustive.
