The Baltic States are considered as an interesting market for Norwegian industry. Hence, Innovation Norway wishes to strengthen its office in Estonia through an agreement with an associated consultant. This means that Innovation Norway shall enter into a service agreement with 1 service provider who shall support our Tallinn office with administrative and reputational support for our tasks in the Baltic countries. The consultant will appear and operate as an employee of Innovation Norway, and must therefore be able to represent the contracting authority in a professional and correct manner. The consultant shall report to the Baltic Director, and the service shall be provided from the contracting authority's office in Tallinn, Estonia.
