The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity under a joint contract for the Municipalities of Tomaszów County: Municipality Bełżec, Municipality Telatyn, Municipality Jarczów, Municipality Krynice, Municipality Łaszczów, Municipality Rachanie, Municipality Tarnawatka, Tomaszów Lubelski, Municipality Tomaszów Lubelski, Municipality Tyszowce, the Municipality of Ulhówek, the Municipality of Susiec, the Municipality of Lubycza Królewska and their organizational units and companies, for the operation of buildings, premises, utilities, installations and equipment of water and sewer networks, street lighting and traffic lights.

The supply of energy will be carried out on the basis of contracts concluded separately by the common Orders, including in relation to the Ordering Party: Gmina Bełżec, Gmina Telatyn, Gmina Jarczów, Gmina Krynice, Gmina Łaszczów, Gmina Rachanie, Tarnawatka Municipality, Tomaszów Lubelski Municipality, City Tomaszów Lubelski, Tyszowce Municipality, Ulhówek Municipality, Susiec Municipality, Lubycza Królewska also on the basis of contracts concluded separately by local government organizational units, described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.
