The subject of the contract is the delivery and scattering (without piling) of aggregate to the places indicated by the Ordering Party (forest roads) in the Area of the Dobrocin Forest District in the total amount of 5350 tons. The delivery concerns broken aggregate, which was formed from the crushing of rock raw material derived from solid rock, or erratic stones and pebbles, with a fraction of 0-63 mm in the indicated quantity.

Aggregate parameters:

- homogeneous without foreign impurities and without admixtures of clay,

- the percentage of grains with surfaces resulting from crushing or breaking coarse aggregates of at least C50/30,

- grain size category not lower than GA85,

- load capacity CBR minimum 80%.

Only those materials that have a document confirming its parameters, e.g. declaration of performance of the manufacturer, quality certificate, or declaration of conformity, or certificate of conformity with the Polish Standard, or technical approval, in the case of products for which the Polish Standard has not been established, will be allowed for use.
