The subject of this call for tender is the development of a sensor for the detection of undercooled, liquid precipitation (FZRA).

Upon completion of the participation process, the selected candidates will receive the complete tender documents for the bidding phase.

After submission of the initial offers, there will be at least one round of negotiations with the remaining bidders.

Thereafter, the transition to the innovation partnership with one or more bidders will be entered into the research and development phase, with the intention of entering into the service phase with only one company.

The following proofs of suitability are required (also applicable to consortia and subcontractors):

Form self-declaration of suitability (further details see appendix "Evaluation matrix suitability")

(1) Point 1: indication of links with other companies;

(2) Number 2: information on any entry in the prequalification database;

(3) Paragraph 3: specify the technical or technical personnel to be used in connection with the provision of services;

(4) Section 4: Information on violations acc. Section 123 GWB;

(5) Point 5.1, 5.2: Information on violations acc. Section 124 GWB;

(6) Section 6: Statement of a public liability insurance of at least 100,000.00 EUR for persons and at least 100,000.00 EUR for other damages. (Proof of insurance may be required separately from the awarding authority);

(7) Section 7.2: The turnover in the last 3 completed financial years must be stated in the scope of the order;

(8) Section 9: Comparable references must be given with the contracting authority, the subject matter of performance and the value of the contract;

(9) Point 10: The annual average of the employees and the number of executives must be stated;

(10) Point 11: Indicate the technical equipment and quality assurance of the tenderer;

(11) Point 13: Information on registration in the professional register.

Aptitude test performed services and deliveries (evaluation matrix suitability):

(1) Number 2.1: indicate the number of manufactured, different types of meteorological sensors and which sensor types are concerned;

(2) Point 2.2: indicate the number of mechanical constructions and electronic circuits developed;

(3) Section 2.3: The number of sensors supplied incl. Reference list with details of the service time as well as the public or private client must be specified or submitted.
