The district administration Bad Dürkheim carries out the procedure according to §4 VgV. The tendered service includes a framework contract with several economic operators for 48 months for school catering with the option of extension for another year. In addition to the schools under its own sponsorship, the Bad Dürkheim district administration intends to award school catering for the schools in sponsorship on behalf of the named Verbandsgemeinden from 01.08.2023. Lots 1-7 are the classic school catering as a delivery service. Lot 8 is divided into Titles (a) and (b). Under title a, the service provider will prepare meals in the kitchen of the Haßloch canteen at meal times and serve them through its own staff. (Title b) is the pure cooking performance of the schools indicated.
