This contract relates to a complete project author's mission relating to the extension and major renovation of the “Albert De Latour” rest and care home, located Rue Thomas Vinçotte nº 36 in 1030 Schaerbeek. It currently accommodates 120 residents.

The objective of this mission is the major and complete renovation of the said building, including the improvement of its energy performance. The project includes the renovation and optimization of the interior layout, common areas and the renovation of technical equipment (electricity, heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities, etc.) with a view to bringing this building into conformity with current standards. .

Throughout the duration of the mission:

- presentation and defense of the project to the steering committee, the social action council, residents, etc.

- the establishment of draft minutes of the meetings in which the successful tenderer participates.

- The coordination of project author services, any additional services, as well as services provided by the MO or by one of its agents;

- Control of planning and budget throughout the mission.

1) Preparation of the execution file:

- preliminary studies;

- preliminary project (provisional and final);

- regulatory file (s) (permit);

- final project studies.

2) Competition assistance:

- adjudication file (s);

- assistance in analyzing offers.

3) Monitoring of the execution of renovations:

- assistance to works management;

- collaboration in the control of the final statement and control of the As-Built plans;

- collaboration at receptions.
