The purpose of the consultation is to award a contract for intellectual services relating to a project management mission whose objective is to:

— to provide a technical, constructive and economic response to the programme defined by the contractor for the construction of a dynamic flood slowing structure in the former hamlet of Carimaï in the communes of Cannes and Le Cannet;

— provide a technical, constructive and economic response to the programme defined by the contractor for the construction of a Roquebillière shedding work (EP/DIAG AVP — OPC — SOL — SYN — case by case, as well as the regulatory files relating to it), on the other hand, they will not be pursued beyond. Within the framework of this contract, the studies of PRO-DCE, and chronologically subsequent mission elements (AMT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC, SYN) will focus solely on the realization of the Carimai work alone.
